It is a requirement that all stallholder holders have Public Liability Insutrance to be able to attend the 2026 Fair.
“StallHolder Information” provides essential details for vendors participating in the Berwick Antique & Collectables Fair.
This annual event showcases A diverse selection of antiques and collectibles, 
Stall holders will have the opportunity to connect with a passionate audience while contributing to a great cause, as all profits from the fair support a local charity. Join us in creating a vibrant marketplace that celebrates history and community spirit!

 

Steps to Apply as a Stallholder at the Berwick Antique & Collectible Fair

 
1. Download the Stallholder Information Form:

– Visit the official website of the Berwick Antique & Collectible Fair to download the Stallholder Information Form.

This form is essential for your application and provides necessary details about your offerings and stall requirements.

All Stallholders are required to have their own public liability insurance for the Berwick Antique Fair.

2. Complete the Form:

– Fill out the form with accurate information.

This includes personal details, a description of the items you plan to sell, and any specific needs or requirements for your stall space.

3. Prepare Payment:

– The stall fee is $85 per stall (includes 1 trestle table) additional tables are available for $15 per table

Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been confirmed.

4. Submit the Form and Payment:

– Send the completed form and payment to the designated address or email provided on the form. 

If mailing, ensure it is sent with sufficient time to arrive by the deadline.

5. Confirmation of Receipt:

– Wait for confirmation of receipt of both your form and payment. 

The fair’s organizers will issue a receipt once payment is processed. 

6. Receive Stall Assignment:

– Once your payment is confirmed, and the form is processed, the organizers will assign you a stall. 

They will notify you of your stall number and location within the fair.

7. Prepare for the Fair:

– Start preparing your items and any display materials needed for the fair.

8. Check for Updates:

– Regularly check your email or the fair’s website for any updates or additional information leading up to the event date.
